“I am in everything 21 the Italian startups that in 2012 surpassed the million euro turnover mark. Twenty one o'clock over 2100 registered in the register of innovative companies of the Ministry of Economic Development. It means that one in a hundred makes it there. Few? Few indeed, bearing in mind that a million euro in turnover is certainly not an arrival point for a startup, for many the goal is to become a “billion dollar company” and enter theunicorn club which to date includes only three European startups and none Italian. As for the geographical distribution, the 21 are divided as follows: 9 in the north (5 in Lombardy, 2 in Padua, 1 in Turin and 1 in Pordenone), 7 in the center (2 in Rome and Bologna, 1 in Ancona, 1 in Macerata and 1 in Perugia); 5 in the south and islands (2 in Cagliari, one in Monopoli, one in Taranto and one in the province of Vibo Valentia)."
We are certainly happy with this result and with being among the 21 #TopPerformance Startups! but this is only the beginning of a new adventure…
