This time a very concise post.
I'm working on some Digital Transformation ideas for two clients and in trying to find information on how customer purchasing behavior will change in the next few years I found an article by Gil Press on Forbes of which I leave you the link where Gartner predicts the future trends of Digital Business like every year.
Well, this time I found it much more interesting than in previous years because it is clear that we are increasingly approaching the convergence between IT, Marketing and Sales and the term Digital Business is starting to make sense. I can't wait for the physical and virtual to merge because despite what many fear will happen, i.e. the disappearance of the physical store, I am convinced it will be the beginning of a new and lasting commercial recovery in which original and innovative ideas , they will have more space!
