#SwapJob was born from here!
This is a project of the Confcommercio Young Entrepreneurs Group of Varese in 2014. After a natural gestation, we decided to finally take it forward by initially experimenting with it within our group.
The model is simple.
A trader invites another trader into his shop, on any working day, and hosts him as if he were a clerk or sales assistant, inserting him into the daily life of his business. The idea is to create training and organizational opportunities and above all to create a business network by overcoming the barriers that have always prevented many categories of professionals from uniting: envy, ambitions, trust, fears, competition. #SwapJob can be an opportunity to get to know each other and overcome mistrust and thus develop entrepreneurial ideas and opportunities.
We do it as a laboratory as part of the activities that our Group deals with within Confcommercio Giovani Entrepreneurs but we also want to carry it forward outside our borders to look for new members and new forms of horizontal entrepreneurial subsidiarity.
The first appointment was in January in Ambrosetti luggage by Paolo Ambrosetti with Davide Zanellato Zanellato furnishings. Among other things, Paolo has been the main lighthouse of this project since the beginning of its conception.
The second appointment also took place in January in Paolo Ambrosetti's Valigeria Ambrosetti with Mattia Valassina of Giditi Technology.
The third appointment was also repeated in January in Paolo Ambrosetti's Valigeria Ambrosetti with Ugo Amore of the Amore Representatives company.
The fourth event in January saw Elena Macchi as protagonist in one of her Kasanova stores with Mattia Valassina of Giditi Technology.
The fifth appointment finally saw me present with my friend Daniele Caiafa in his jewelery shop 24-Watches&Jewels. A great experience during which there was no shortage of training and sales support moments. Daniele is a great professional and connoisseur of his product!
I will continue on January 24th at Valentina Ceriani Garden Store Pravettoni in Origgio where I will have the opportunity to test my passion for plants and finally learn some tricks. Then Kasanova awaits me with my other passion for cooking, the prestigious bags and suitcases from Valigeria Ambrosetti with the great Paolo, the design from my friend Davide from Arredamenti Zanellato and certainly video games and electronics from Mattia at Giditi Technology .
